Our philosophy in teaching
The kitesurfing student practices a lot with his own kite in the course with guidance through the course schedule with our certified kite surfing instructors. The goal is for you to be a safe and independent kitesurfer after completing the course!
With us at Wingsurfcenter, we value your experience together with your safety and package this as a whole. You can take this with you and feel safe when you go out and kitesurf on your own after your kitesurfing course. You will get to learn and practice all the important safety elements.
At Wingsurfcenter, we are transparent and honest with what can be expected from each kitesurfing course. We follow international guidelines and with regular updates. After each kitesurfing course, you will receive a certificate that is valid worldwide, and your level of knowledge will be registered in a database (worldwide database). Lessons with us have a strong safety focus and we continuously revise safety rules and safe methods to keep everyone safe.
Our developed concept - well-proven methodology for best learning
Through several years of teaching kite courses, we have developed a unique concept.
From the student's perspective, this methodology means that on your kitesurfing course, you get:
+ learn each step properly.
+ get time to reflect and digest feedback from the kite instructor.
+ carry out your course sessions when there are good conditions, good wind, wind direction and at a suitable kite spot.

We promote a teaching style that is both intuitive and adapted to each student's needs and development. Many people use Wingsurfing and Wingfoiling as a crossover sport which is a mixture of SUP, Surfing, Windsurfing & Kitesurfing, some have just switched to Wingsurfing, there are also a lot of new to wind and water sports who want to try Wingsurfing.
Wingsurfing has become popular because it is a smaller entry point than other surfing sports. Wingsurfing does not require large areas, strong winds or waves. You can start from a jetty or beach in medium winds.

2 days basic Wingsurfing. The course is aimed at people who are new to Wingsurfing and who want to get the best possible start in the sport. The course is adapted to your previous surfing and foilsurfing experience. All courses take place on open water from a boat for optimal time to practice on the wingsurfboard
